Highly recommended! My sister and I stayed in their 2-bedroom family suite and absolutely loved the Moroccan architecture. But the real highlight was the hospitality. Pinky went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable - even promptly answering our video calls at night when we struggled with the room lock (our mistake, haha!). A big thanks for arranging the last-minute cooking tour as well -enjoyed every bit of it!"

Beautiful place to stay in Hoi an! Some distance from Hoi an old town but an easy drive away - can be walkable. Right next to some beautiful rice paddock walks and cafes. The rooms themselves were very spacious, clean, well maintained by staff and the room and balcony views were really nice. The pool is small but very nice, clean, powerful jacuzzi jets and a nice depth for a sitting pool. Staff was very lovely, hospitable, there were many kitchen utensils and other useful communal items. They don’t have many rooms so the pool and lounging areas are very empty and free to use. Their minibar is very cheap too, got 2 beers for 50k dong - made the stay very comfortable and luxurious on a low budget!!

I had such a superb experience at Alsahar! The room was spacious, clean, and truly exceeded my expectations. What made my stay even more memorable was the warm and accommodating staff, led by Pinky and Hung, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made me feel right at home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The hospitality of the Owners was amazing! They assisted with anything we needed and we received a little gift on departure. As two young females travelling we felt well looked after and cared for as well as our safety considered too! I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will hopefully come back another time!

This place is absolutely stunning, after staying at hostels for a week I needed to break it up and be alone in a room. The bed is super comfortable. I found other beds in Vietnam accommodation hard like concrete but this bed is not too …

The property is very beautifully maintained! The rooms are very spacious. We had a lot of fun in the jacuzzi. The hosts are very kind and friendly. There’s a lift to move luggage to higher floors, very cozy place! Loved it

We stayed 8 days in the family apartment. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and the apartment itself was comfortable. The free bicycles were appreciated, although one of the brakes did not work. However, several things did not match the advertisement, which caused disappointment. - The advertised “jacuzzi” turned out to be a cold bath. - There was no free breakfast included, and the “free” laundry service was not actually free. The most serious issue was privacy. We had not handed in the key for cleaning because my baby and I were sick and sleeping, yet staff entered the apartment anyway. When they saw me in bed, they did not leave immediately and kept asking if they could clean and repair the sink. I had to ask them three times to leave. This was for us a serious violation of privacy. Ik zou het verblijf ondanks deze puntjes wel aanraden.

The location is a bit out of central Hoi An which is definitely nice in terms of noise. I arrived early for check in, and they stored my luggage with no fuss and actually invited me prior to my check in time as they knew I was early which was very kind. The staff offered lovely suggestions and were quick and responsive. The room itself was lovely, when I went, everything was clean and tidy, the room had a beautiful balcony. Though the door out had a bit of a gap as it doesn’t close properly which means noise can travel inside a bit which isn’t really an issue as the hotel location is quiet. The kindness and service provided by staff really made my stay as this was a treat at the end of my trip. Definitely worthwhile

We received a very warm welcome and the owner did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would probably book this accommodation again on our next visit.
