Terrible Experience – No Respect for Guests or Their Privacy My stay at Alan Sea Hotel, Da Nang was extremely disappointing. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly hanging on my door, the hotel staff entered my room and cleaned it without permission. This is a blatant violation of privacy and shows a complete lack of respect for guests. What made things worse was the behavior of the receptionist and hotel staff, who seemed more focused on finding ways to deduct money from the security deposit rather than providing genuine service. It felt like they were actively looking for excuses to overcharge or cheat guests, which is completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and respectful place to stay in Da Nang, avoid Alan Sea Hotel. I would never return, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My whole experience of stay was decent except the reception staff, they need to be trained on how to support the hotel guests. They are extremely rude. The other support staff of the hotel are more accomodating and polite than the staff at the reception.

Great hotel with excellent amenities. Alansea offered a full suite of facilities and services. They have a nice pool with a pool side Cafe which sells drinks and icecreams. There is also a roof top bar which offers great views of the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is slightly far from the busier areas of town so you do need to arrange transport.

The sea view wirh lots of boats is awesome. I was there mainly to snap pictures so nothing else matters much to me . The hotel is above average and comfortable. Service staffs is attentive and helpful.

Not a 5 star hotel 5 star hotel are not made not just by pool and spa but from the Service! Just arrived first thing I have been asked was the payment then not much about information and sent the room With one luggage on the hand and one in the trolley Then I asked some recommendations from dinner and things to but I got nothing The level of English is less than Poor Long story short The ac was so noisy and asked to be fixed I have told yes yes.. But I haven't slept for 4 nights without ac was too hot I booked a massage for 6 and I asked to use the sauna before The sauna at 6.20 wasn't ready yet I got a towel (attached in the picture) That left me without words, I let U describe Don't be fooled by the nice room with a view, view isn't great There is not master switch for the light The hairdryer is so cheap The view from the pool isn't nice neither Gym could be ok for someone with low fitness level (no offense) I asked for a body scale and they don't have it The location is bad So far from everything Breakfast is rich but nothing good They don't do Poached eggs They don't do espresso, there isn't a coffee machine just black coffee I just had fruits. boiled eggs and oats for all my stays They ask me to pay everything instead of charging to the room To finish this bad experience At the check out they ask u to wait meanwhile they check the room and mini bar

While the housekeeping staff was polite and the breakfast was decent, my checkout experience was unfortunately negative due to the unpolite reception staff. I believe the reception team could benefit from additional customer service training to improve guest interactions. Their behavior was unprofessional. Also I want to add the hotel is far from everything .

We travelled with family and had a great experience in the hotel. The staffs were very accommodating and considerate. The breakfast had a mix of Korean, Vietnamese and one or two indian dish. I think all the dishes were modified for a universal taste and were really tasty even for foreign travellers. We got the rooms at higher floors and the view was really great overlooking the longest bridge over the Han river. The rooms were very neat and comfortable.

Good stay. Danang is great place to visit. As the locals are so warm and friendly. Lucas and the team had helped so much during my stay from Mar 20 to march 24. I will recommend them to stay in this hotel. It is very near to the town. They …

Checked in and had a Samsung Smart TV but can only access the internet or YouTube. The pool had a nice view but I saw an area with algae. Luckily, it was made to only drain water. Sometimes, you could smell a weird fish smell while swimming. The top floor had a bar to hang out. Rooms were nice and beds were decent. There is a spa and a gym. They also have a breakfast buffet. The staff gave us a complimentary tea while we were waiting for a Grab. Overall, nice.

Do not recommend staying here. House keeping staff scream in the hallways from 7:30 am. We were charged for drinks we never drank and were clearly in the fridge, they then gave us the drinks and made us pay for it. Reception staff give no information regarding wifi, breakfast area and TV usage. Room cupboards makes loud creaky noises when opened and closed. Breakfast options are very limited for vegeterians/halal options or non Asian style breakfast

Fantastic hotel, very clean bed and room. Helpful staff and decent price our room was around 1.2 million vnd per night but we booked quite last minute in christmas period Even though we booked two single rooms as a last minute booking they offered to give us a double room or make our beds as a double and they did. Free fruit basket and drink tickets when we checked in and its 24hour check in The breakfast is quite good as well

Tbh, at first, when I booked it, I still had some concerns, as I read some reviews that had concerns about the location, which is not in the centre of Da Nang, and the choice of the Breakfast buffet was not enough. But after I lived here for a few days. I found out it’s not fair for them to say the above that’s why I am leaving this comment. I would say the hotel is super valued for its price and definitely worth it! You can tell from the pic attached which just cost me HKD 376 per night and includes a bathtub and buffet breakfast, they will provide daily cleaning as well. The service here I would say is 10/10. They have a lovely pool here and I’ve just ordered a pizza and Korean food. It’s absolutely delicious! Apart from it’s indeed not close to the centre of DaNang which could be fixed by a 10-minute grab, and there are still many choices in the buffet breakfast! If saying there’s anything that needs to be pointed out that would be the slippers! It’s not soft enough that’s it! I would still strongly recommend it to people for living in!
